Cannafest Prague 2024: Deli Hemp at the hemp and cannabis trade fair

Cannafest is an international hemp and cannabis fair held every year in Prague, and one of the best-known shows of its kind in Europe. The 2024 edition ran from 1 to 3 November at PVA Expo Prague, and Deli Hemp had a stand there. Exhibitors came from more than 25 countries, which made it a natural meeting point for wholesalers, distributors and CBD suppliers.

What does Cannafest offer trade visitors?

The fair draws thousands of visitors each year, from established companies to newcomers who want to see what is new. Alongside the stands, the programme includes talks by specialists and hands-on workshops. The products on show cover the whole sector, from hemp flower to CBD face cosmetics.

For a buyer, the value is simple: you can compare dozens of suppliers in two or three days, handle the products and talk prices face to face before placing an order.

Wholesalers meeting retailers: our stand in 2024

We were glad to take part in Cannafest 2024. On our stand, visitors could see and discuss our range of hemp and CBD products. We brought our best-sellers and a few products prepared specially for the show, and spent the three days with loyal customers as well as many new faces.

The event was also a chance to talk directly with professionals and hemp enthusiasts, whether they came to buy or simply to understand the market better. There were product presentations and games on the stand, and our whole range was offered at special show prices for the duration of the fair. That show offer has now ended.

Before Prague: Losange Expo

Shortly before Cannafest, we exhibited at Losange Expo, a show devoted to natural products. It gave us another chance to meet people in the sector, swap ideas and present our range to a different audience. The feedback we received there encouraged us to keep promoting the hemp and CBD industry.

Trade fairs like these two also shape our catalogue. Each conversation tells us what retailers are asking for, and we adjust our offer to match. That is why we keep going back to meet the customers we already work with and the ones we have yet to meet.

Halloween 2024: the Ghost OG edition

Cannafest fell just after Halloween, and our Ghost OG Halloween edition was still on sale at the time. It was a limited-edition flower with a distinctive aroma that made a good seasonal talking point in shops. That edition has since left the range; the current selection is in our CBD flowers category.

Our flowers comply with French law (delta-9-THC ≤ 0.3%). Rules on hemp flower differ from one country to another and can be much stricter: in the UK, its status is still contested, so check what you may resell where you trade before ordering.
