The Deli Hemp Pro loyalty programme: points on top of volume pricing
Our loyalty programme turns every trade order into points, which you convert into a voucher code from your account. It runs automatically for every trade customer and combines with volume pricing. Here is how it worked when we described it in November 2025. The current terms are on the loyalty programme page.
The programme adds to the other trade advantages: volume pricing, a professional CBD range, CBN flowers and regular new products for resellers.
How do the loyalty points work?
In November 2025 the rule was simple: €1 spent = 1 point, and each point was worth €0.02. The more you order, the more discount you build up for later orders.
An example: a €500 order earns 500 points, which is a €10 discount on your next restock.
Points credited after delivery
Once your order has been received and validated, the points appear in your trade account. At the time of writing, they could be used freely, with no minimum order and no expiry date.
Converting points into a voucher code
- Log in to your trade account.
- Open the My loyalty points tab.
- Choose how many points to convert.
- Confirm, and a voucher code is generated straight away.
The code then goes towards your next restock, which helps most when you are reordering large quantities.
What retailers use it for
For specialist shops, concept stores, vape shops and multi-brand resellers, the programme works as a small purchasing tool rather than a gimmick. It can:
- Improve the net margin on each order.
- Add a saving on top of volume pricing.
- Help secure stock without raising the initial outlay.
- Lower the cost of trying a new line.
Points can be used across the product families: indoor, greenhouse and outdoor CBD flowers, CBN flowers, resins, oils, other cannabinoid products and limited-edition new products.
Volume pricing plus loyalty points
Volume pricing applies across the catalogue, with the tiers shown on each product page and all variants of a product counted together. Loyalty points come on top. Used together, they lower the cost of frequent restocks and leave more room for seasonal promotions in your shop. Our current offers are on the Promotions page.
Why the combination helps
- It raises the margin per unit.
- It cuts the cost of frequent restocks.
- It helps you stay competitive on shelf prices.
- It makes seasonal promotions easier to fund.
Early access to new lines
Trade customers often get early access to new CBD and CBN products, such as seasonal indoor flowers, new CBD genetics, high-content resins and new cannabinoid products. New lines keep a shelf interesting and bring in customers looking for something different. Our products comply with French law (delta-9-THC no higher than 0.3%). The status of hemp flowers, resins and other hemp products varies from one country to another and can be stricter than in France. In the UK, the status of hemp flower remains contested, so check the resale rules in your own country before you order.
How retailers use their points
The programme costs nothing and needs no management. Resellers typically use their points to:
- Cover part of their monthly restocks.
- Lower the cost of trying new genetics.
- Strengthen the margin on their best-sellers.
- Fund promotions in the shop.
Building up points over time
When points did not expire, as was the case in November 2025, retailers could save them for several weeks and use a larger discount at a busy time, such as Christmas, the summer season or a big restock.
How do you join?
All you need is a trade account on Deli Hemp Pro. The programme applies automatically to every trade customer, with nothing extra to sign up for, and each order earns points. To use them, go to your account and follow the conversion steps above. The full rules are on the loyalty programme page.
